Biography

Prior To Southern
Bures transferred to Missouri Southern from South Suburban College. He scored over 1,000 career points at South Suburban College. Named a 2026 NJCAA Division II All-American Third Team selection after averaging 18.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 2.4 steals per game. He was named NJCAA National Player of the Week on Nov. 26, 2025. Bures earned all-conference first team honors each of the last two seasons at South Suburban College.

He prepped at Rich Central High School under the instruction of Lou Adams, where he was named all-conference and co-MVP. Bures also earned All-Conference honors and was named Co-MVP during his basketball career. Graduated from Rich Central High School in 2024.
