Taryn Dredge joined Missouri Southern as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Summer of 2024.
Prior to joining Southern, Dredge was the Associate Head Director and Strength Coach of Men's Soccer, as well as the Assistant Strength Coach of Football for one year at South Dakota School of Mines. Dredge joined South Dakota School of Mines after working five years at his alma mater Wayne State College where he was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. At Wayne State, Dredge assisted the Wildcats in obtaining the NSIC conference football championship in 2022, making their first playoff appearance in 10 years, 2022 and 2023 regular season volleyball conference champions, 2023 Elite 8, 53 All-conference athletes, 26 All-Americans and a Central Region Player of the Year in volleyball.
Taryn graduated from Wayne State with a Masters in Organizational Management in the spring of 2024.
