Missouri Southern State University Athletics

Solomon Garcia joined Missouri Southern as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach ahead of the Spring 2024 season.

A two-time MSSU graduate, Garcia played on the Lions defensive line from 2017-2022. He racked up 53 total tackles and 2.5 sacks over his final season in 2022.

The Joplin, Missouri, native, earned his bachelor's in Health Promotion and Wellness in 2023. Garcia then graduated from Missouri Southern with his master's in Sports and Recreation Management in 2025.

Solomon and his wife Roxana reside in Joplin, Missouri.
