Jessica Heuertz is in her first year as an Athletic Academic Support Specialist with the Missouri Southern Athletic Department.
Heuertz comes to Southern from the University of Texas at San Antonio where she spent one year in a similar role working with the football program. Prior to that, she sent three years at the University of Central Arkansas where she worked with football, women's soccer, volleyball, softball and beach volleyball.
Heuertz was a volleyball student-athlete at Arkansas State where she helped the Red Wolves to a pair of Sun Belt Conference Championships in 2015 and 2016.
A Webb City native, Heuertz has a bachelors degree in interdisciplinary studies from ASU and a masters degree in sports administration, also from ASU.
