Travasos is entering his first year with the Lions in 2023 and will serve as the linebackers coach.
In 2022 Travasos was part of the Colorado State staff in Jay Norvell's first season in charge of the Rams. While a member of the Rams staff Travasos was a graduate assistant working with the safeties and helped with special teams while working with coaches Norvell, Fredie Banks and Marcus Patton. In 2021 Travasos was at Montana State where the Bobcats finished as the FCS runners-up after making the FCS Playoffs as the eighth seed and knocking off No. 1 Sam Houston State in the process, Travasos helped coach the defensive backs and special teams as a graduate assistant while learning from coaches like Brent Vigen and Freddie Banks.
From 2019-20 Travasos was a safeties analysts at the University of Louisiana while being mentored by coaches Billy Napier, Patrick Toney, Ron Roberts and Lamar Morgan.
Bryson a native of Lafayette, La. earned a bachelor's in sports management with a minor in business from Louisiana in the spring of 2020 and earned a master's in sports management from Colorado State in 2023.
