Missouri Southern State University Athletics

This is Nick Tuck’s 17th year as an assistant coach at Missouri Southern under Bryce Darnell in 2025. He serves as the hitting coach and recruiting coordinator for the Lions.

Tuck is from Lamar, Missouri and played high school baseball for former Lion infielder Tim Casper.

Coach Tuck played at Missouri Southern from 2004-2008 as a pitcher. During his time at MSSU he was also the SAAC representative. Prior to coaching at MSSU he was the head coach for the Joplin Miners legion program for two summers.

Tuck has a bachelors degree in Physical Education and a masters degree in Educational Administration.

Tuck is married to former Missouri Southern volleyball player Teyoni Wilson, they have two daughters, Tatum and Gabby, as well as a son Cal.
