Prior to Southern - McIntire comes from Archie, Missouri playing for Archie High School where they were 2022 District Champions, and 2023 State Champions … He was the 2023 Missouri 8-Man Player of the Year … Rushed for 5,183 yards and 110 touchdowns … Threw for 3,696 yards and 77 touchdowns … Made 263 tackles and recorded 5 interceptions … First team All-Conference as a sophomore, junior and senior … Received All-State honors both junior and senior year, All-District honors following sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. 

Personal - Briar is the son of Matthew and Dana McIntire and has not yet decided on a major at Southern.
