Ferguson appeared in 43 games for the Lions with 25 starts while being capable of playing as a corner infielder and in the outfield while being used also as a defensive substitution, pinch runner and pinch hitter ... Finished the season with a .295 average, 105 at-bats, 26 runs scored, 31 hits, five doubles, six home runs, 22 RBIs, 10 walks, six HBPs, three stolen bases in four attempts, 53 putouts, 16 assists and helped turn two double plays ... Ferguson finished with a .514 slugging and .388 on-base percentage for a .902 OPS.
2022 Season
Ferguson appeared in 29 games for the Lions starting in 15 games across the infield ... Finished the season with 49 at bats, 15 runs scored, nine hits, three doubles, four home runs, 11 RBIs, slugged .490, drew 11 walks for a .403 on base percentage while recording 18 putouts and 32 assists.
Prior to Southern
Ferguson prepped at Fort Zumwalt East High School for coach Russ Hill where he was a four year letter winner... Played previously at St. Louis CC where he appeared in 46 games over two years, hitting .331 with a .454 on base percentage and slugged .573... In 2020-21 played in 32 games for the Archers finishing with a .333 average, .468 on base percentage and slugged .649 with 32 runs scored, 37 hits, 15 doubles, a triple and six home runs for 29 RBIs and drew 24 walks while stealing six bases and coming away with 63 assists... In 2019-20 appeared in 14 games where he finished with a .326 average, .415 on base percentage and slugged .391 with eight runs scored, 15 hits, three doubles an RBI and stole four bases while recording 46 assists.
