2022 - Westfall did not compete this year due to injury and received a medial redshirt.

Prior to Southern - Westfall comes to the Lions after two years at MSU – West Plains. A two-year player for the Grizzlies, Westfall saw action in 36 matches as a sophomore where she had 273 kills, including a 2.07 kills per set average. She hit .279, while also posting 94 digs, 63 total blocks and 20 service aces. Westfall was an All-Conference and All-Region selection for the Grizz.
 
Prior to MSU, Westfall prepped at Ozark High School where she was a three-year letter winner for the Tigers. She was a first-year All-Conference and All-District selection, while also earning All-State honors as a senior. Westfall was a member of the 2019 USA Women’s Junior A1 National Training Program.
 
Personal - The daughter of Nico and Greg Westfall, Cecilla is a native of Mountain Grove and plans to major in education at Southern.
