2017 - Competed in all six events for the Lions in 2017 ... Was an All-MIAA selection ... finished 7th to start the year at SBU and also had a 10th-place finish at Missouri S&T ... Finished 15th at the MIAA Championships ... Also competed in the NCAA Central Region Championship. 

2016 - Competed in each of the Lions' events as a sophomore ... placed 8th at SBU to start the season and was 11th at the Missouri S&T Invite ... placed 25th at the MIAA Championships ... placed 72nd at the NCAA Division II Regional. 

2015 - Usher competed in six events for the Lions as a true freshman ... recorded her top 5k time of the year with a 33rd place finish at the Southern Stampede, covering the course in a time of 18:36.8 ... finished seventh at Southwest Baptist and 10th at Missouri S&T ... Also competed at the MIAA championships, earning All-MIAA honors, placing 15th in a time of 22:52.3 over the 6k course ... was 58th at the NCAA Regional Meet.

Prior to Southern - Usher prepped at Steeleville High School in Steeleville, Mo. where she was a four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year letter winner in track and field competing for coach Matt Hammonds ... In cross country, Usher was a three-time All-State honoree, earning team MVP honors in each year ... She owns the school 5k cross country record of 19:29 ... On the track, Usher was a five-time All-District pick, while earning All-Sectional honors as a sophomore in the 3200m. 

Personal - Usher is the daughter of Jeff and Jeanne Usher ... She is a health promotion and wellness major at Southern.
