2019 - Appeared in 16 games with five starts for the Lions playing in the midfield... Logged 607 minutes of play on the season while finishing with eight shots and a shot on goal against Northwest Missouri (Nov. 3).
2018 - Appeared in four matches to close out her sophomore season for the Lions … saw a season-high 22 minutes of play at Northeastern State (9/14) where she registered her lone shot on goal as well … part of a team that go off to the program’s best start through ten games (6-2-2), which included huge 2-2 tie at No. 8 Central Missouri (9/30).
2017 -Â Played in nine matches while starting one of them at center-midfield as a freshman...recorded one shot in 190 minutes of play.
HS: Nixa High School under Coach Evan Palmer. Missouri State High Schools Activities Association Class 3 District 11 and two MSHSAA Class 4 District 10 and one MSHSAA Class 4 District 11 titles. In 2014 Nixa advanced to the MSHSAA Class 3 Quarterfinals. In 2015 and 2016 Nixa advanced to the Class 4 Quarterfinals. In 2017 lost in the opening round of state playoffs. Was a captain during her senior season and was also a member of the JR OTC program.
Club: Played club for Magic, 417ELITE, 417 Fe, OPSA, and Legacy Fe. During her time at OPSA they won the Heartland League and also placed second in the Norco Tournament.
Personal: Daughter of Emily Burch and Ray Hunsicker. Has one sibling, Jacob. Enjoys watching all sports, hiking, spending time with grandma, and playing Mariokart ... plans to major in criminal justice at Southern.
Why MSSU? I chose Missouri Southern State University because they had the second best Criminal Justice program in the state and it wasn't too far from home. Also while I was getting an education I had the opportunity to be able to play the sport I love throughout my time at Missouri Southern.
