Prior to Southern - Miller comes to Southern from Canterbury Episcopal in DeSoto, Texas ... A talented track and field athlete at Canterbury, Miller is a two-time Texas State Champion in the 200m, winning as a freshman and again as a senior ... She was the runner-up as a senior, earning All-State honors three times...A member of the National Honor Society, Miller played soccer with her club team (FC Dallas) as her high school did not sponsor women's soccer ... An eight-year member of the team, Miller played for coach Ben Waldrum ... FC Dallas is a member of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).

Personal - The daughter of Ronnie and Marilyn Miller, her father played baseball and basketball at Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Miller plans on majoring in kinesiology at Southern.
