2016 - Werner competed in each of the Lions' events as a sophomore ... started off the season with a 25th place finish at SBU and placed 19th at MIssouri S&T ... competed in the MIAA Championships and the NCAA Division II Regional Championships. 

2015 - Werner competed in five events for the Lions as a redshirt freshman ... She had her best 5k time of the season right out of the gate with a 19:25.4 at the Southern Stampede ... Also placed 25th at Missouri S&T ... Competed at the MIAA and Regional Championships. 

2014 - Werner Redshirted.

Prior to Southern - Ran XC and Track all four years at Ste. Genevieve HS for Coach Brian Jett...was a four time MSHSAA Class 3 XC All-State selection...was a member of the back-to-back Class 3 XC team champions and the 2013 Class 3 Track team champions...qualified for the Class 3 state meet in the 2 mile with a time of 11:32...was a member that set the Dragons 4x800 meter relay school record with a time of 9:20.
