In 2011: finished the year with a career high .301 batting average...played in 39 games for the Green & Gold while starting 34...had three doubles, two home runs (both in same game against Washburn in the MIAA Crossover in Springfield), and 10 RBIs.
In 2010: As a sophomore, played in 38 games hitting .221 with a pair of home runs. Didn't commit an error all year.
In 2009: Hurley was second on the team in average (.282), wihle ranking sixth in runs (18), sixth in hits (35), third in RBIs (20), third in total bases (59) and second in slugging (.447). She was 5-7 on the basepaths. She earned All-MIAA honorable mention after starting 48 games as a freshman.
In High School: A three-time All-Conference and two-time All-State selection, Hurley started four years for the Panthers, where she led the team in home runs each season from 2006-08 ... She helped lead the team to a state runner-up finnish in both 2006 and 2007 ... Also a volleyball, basketball and track athlete, Hurley was an All-Conference selection on the volleyball court.
Personal: a Health Science major at Southern...born January 30, 1990 in Novato, Calif...daughter of Bobby and Trish Hurley...has two sisters, Brittany and Blake, and a brother Bobby.
