JOPLIN, Mo. — Missouri Southern will host its fourth annual MSSU Football Alumni & Friends Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 18 at Eagle Creek Golf Course, 2742 Ben Pell Drive.
 
The tournament will kick off with 7 a.m., CT check-in followed by a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Participants will enjoy a round of golf, followed by a complimentary luncheon. Prizes for the top three teams along with a multitude of raffle prizes will be awarded at the luncheon. 
 
Teams can register for $600 or $150 per individual golfer. Tournament registration is currently available online. 
 
In addition to playing, businesses and individuals can contribute to the program through sponsorships:

• Lion Pride Sponsor – $2,500 (Hole sign, banner at the alumni pavilion for five home games, full-page ad in the game day program)
• Gold Sponsor – $1,500 (Hole sign, banner at the alumni pavilion for five home games, half-page ad in the game day program)
• Green Sponsor – $1,000 (Hole sign, banner at the alumni pavilion for five home games, quarter-page ad in the game day program)
• Additional sponsorships are available for $150, including Hole Sponsorships, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Long Putt Award.

This year's event will also feature a $10,000 Hole-in-One Contest.
 
All proceeds from registration fees and sponsorships will go directly toward enhancing Missouri Southern Football's resources and providing the best possible experience for student-athletes.
