Joplin, Mo. - The Missouri Southern women's cross country team took third place at their home Southern Stampede.

The Lions would host the 36^th annual Southern Stampede and would finish third overall with a team score of 111. Crossing the line in third place was Jenari Lopez with a time of 18:09.34.
