Joplin, Mo. - Missouri Southern is excited to announce the launch of the Lion Pride Giving Challenge, kicking off February 26 and continuing until March 4. 
 
Each athletic program at Missouri Southern is looking to challenge alumni and friends to meet program specific goals set by head coaches of each program. Information regarding each program's goals can be found below. Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to make a gift, follow the team on social media, and share this opportunity widely with your circles!
 
Baseball Challenge
The Baseball Challenge: Raise $30,000 to assist with the fundraising for a new locker room to be located at Warren Turner Field.

Men's Basketball Challenge
The Men's Basketball Challenge: Raise $10,000 to enhance the student-athlete experience by meeting the travel, equipment and nutritional needs of our men's basketball players and program.

The Women's Basketball Challenge: Raise $45,000 to enhance the student-athlete experience for a travel experience to play basketball in Puerto Rico. This trip will offer some of our student athletes first-time experiences in travel.
