Joplin, Mo. -- The Missouri Southern volleyball team will open its fall practice season tomorrow as the Lions prep for the 2021 season. 

Southern will have a pair of practices on the opening day as the Green and Gold will go at 1 pm, as well as 7 pm. The Lions will have two practices on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with Saturday's practices still to be determined. The Lions will start regular-season practices on Monday when classes start for MSSU. 

The Lions open the 2021 regular season on September 3 and 4 when the Lions participate in the Drury Invitational in Springfield. Southern will take on LeMoyne-Owen and Henderson State on September 3 and Drury and Texas Woman's on September 4.
