Joplin, Mo. - The Missouri Southern soccer program travels to Division I Missouri State in Springfield, Mo. before taking on the Griffons of Missouri Western at home Sunday. A rescheduled game from earlier the Lions take on the Bears today with kick-off from Betty and Bobby Allison South Stadium is set for 5 pm. Sunday kick-off is set for 4 pm from Fred G. Hughes Stadium.
Southern (1-1, 1-0 MIAA) is coming off a road loss in the rain last week against Washburn, while Missouri State (1-5-2, 0-2-1 OVC) is coming off a loss last weekend to Northern Iowa on the road. Missouri Western (1-1-1) are coming off an overtime 4-3 win against Nebraska-Kearney last week.

Lauren Street leads the Griffons with two goals both scored in the last game against the Lopers, tying the game late in regulation before netting the game winner in overtime.
