Wichita Falls, Texas -- The Missouri Southern golf team finished in 19th place today in the rain-shortened Midwestern State Invitational at Wichita Falls Country Club. 

The Lions shot 328 as a team and were led by senior Jared Essary with an 18-hole 79. Gill Williams, also carded a 79, while Fabian Oechsle had an 84 and Chris Moudy and Kaleb Forkner both shot an 86.

The Lions will be back in action next week at Arkansas Tech University.
