Jefferson City, Mo. -- The Missouri Southern golf team finished out the fall portion of its schedule with a 13th place finish at the Missouri Golf Association Regional Preview today at Jefferson City Country Club. 

Senior Jared Essary was the Lions' low scorer for the tournament as he shot a 237 over the three-round event. Freshman Adam Johnson was six strokes behind Essary with a 243, while sophomore Ryan Russell shot a 248. Junior Fabian Oechsle shot a 250, while freshmen Patrick Holt and Tyler Maggi, shot a 255 and 264, respectively. 

With this event, the Lions conclude the fall portion of their schedule and will start back up in the spring.
