Trinity Cargile (Morgan) was named Missouri Southern’s Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in August of 2025.
Cargile most recently graduated from Drury University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication & Graphic Design.
As a student, she led a marketing campaign and website refresh for Springfield’s Watching Over Whiskers. Cargile also oversaw the advertising research and strategy for College Students & Caffeine along with implementing a crisis communication plan for Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
She was tabbed Drury University’s Outstanding Strategic Communication Student of the Year in the Spring of 2024.
Outside of the classroom, Cargile was a dedicated member of both Pi Beta Phi sorority and the Cheerleading Squad at Drury. She served as Vice President of Recruitment and the Chapter President for Pi Beta Phi while also earning Sorority Member of the Year in 2025.
Cargile was named captain of Drury’s cheerleading squad and was selected as the Panthers’ Outstanding Non-NCAA Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
A Neosho, Missouri, native, Trinity is married to Missouri Southern Alumni Ryan Cargile.
