Ryan Cline was named Assistant AD for External Engagement for his alma mater, Missouri Southern, ahead of the 2025-26 academic year. He previously served as the Director of Event and Ticket Operations at MSSU.
At Southern, Cline is focused on engaging the community and supporting Lion student-athletes as they become strong members of society.
Prior to joining, Cline played baseball at Southern for four years (2020-24) under head coach Bryce Darnell where he was part of two regional hosted tournaments and won the MIAA Championship in 2024. Cline also was a student worker for the Missouri Southern Development Office and a SAAC (Student Athletic Advisory Committee) Representative for baseball.
In May of 2024, Cline graduated from Missouri Southern with his Bachelors in Business Management, as well as a Bachelors in Human Resource Management. Cline also completed a minor in International Business.
