Chelsey Street enters her first season as the Mental Performance Coach for Missouri Southern Softball in 2026.

She previously worked as the Video Coordinator for the University of Texas Softball program, where the Longhorns made a Super Regional appearance against Alabama in 2019.

Street has also coached softball at both Grand Canyon University and Georgetown University.

She served as a graduate assistant for the Arizona State softball team from 2010-2012 and later became the Director of Softball Operations. Street helped guide ASU to a PAC-10 Championship in 2011 and three College World Series appearances, including a National Championship in 2011. 

Prior to her time at ASU, Street spent one season playing at Azusa Pacific University.

She also had a coaching stint with the Birmingham Thunderbolts, where she worked specifically with the pitchers and catchers.

The Phoenix, Arizona, native, graduated from Arizona State in 2010 with a bachelor's in communication. While earning a master's in communication from ASU, she worked as a softball graduate assistant for the Sun Devils from 2010-2012 and Director of Operations for the 2013 season. 

She also earned a master's in organizational leadership from GCU and a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown.

Chelsey Street and her husband, Levi, have three children, Logan, Whitley, Teagan.
