Prior To Southern
Goins prepped at Jay High School, competing in distance and relay events for the Bulldogs. Her personal bests include 62.00 seconds in the 400m dash, 2:23.5 in the 800m dash, 5:26.00 in the mile, and 12:43.00 in the two-mile. She was an All-Regional and All-Conference selection in both track and field and cross country during her junior and senior years, and earned first-team All-Star honors in cross country as a senior. Goins also played basketball and softball for the Bulldogs.

Personal
Hadley, the daughter of Skye Alos and Vince Goins, is pursuing a degree in Radiology at Southern.
