2009-10: Indoor: Competed in the 4x400m relay, 200m dash, 60m hurdles, long and triple jump at the season opening MSSU Fazolis/Baymont Inn Invite... at the MSSU Radioshack Invite placed 3rd in the 60 hurdles with 9.37 and was 8th overall in the 400m dash... competed at the Tyson Invitational in the DMR as the 400m leg to help the relay to a provisional national qualifying mark... Improved on the provisional mark in the DMR at the Nebraska Tune Up with a school record performance of 11:51.66, gaining a birth to the NCAA DII Championships... at the MIAA Championships, leaped to a pervisional mark in the triple jump of 36-02.75ft (11.44m) for 8th place. Also competed in the 60m hurdles (9.22), long jump (4.88m), 400m dash, and the 4x400m relay, placing 13th, 19th, 13th, and 5th place, respectively... at the NCAA DII Championships was the 400m leg of the 5th place DMR team, gaining All-American status. Also helped the Lions to a 10th place team finish, the best in school history.; Outdoor: Placed 3rd in the triple jump at the Mule Relays... was 6th in the 100m hurdles and 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the MSSU Laptad/Williams Invite... at the MIAA Championships, placed 7th in the triple jump with a provisional mark of 38-02ft (11.63m). Also competed in the 100m hurdles (14.90) and 400m hurdles (1:05.06), placing 11th and 6th respectively.
