Biography

Individual Meet Results 

Prior to Southern
Norman attended Republic High School, where she was a four-year letter winner in track and field, competing in the multi's, including javelin, shot put, and long jump. In javelin, she placed 4th at State in 2022 and 5th in 2023, while in shot put, she earned 6th-place finishes at State in both 2023 and 2024. She also helped her team secure 7th place at State in the 4x400 relay. Norman earned All-Conference honors in both shot put and javelin and was a three-year letter winner in volleyball and basketball for the Tigers.

Personal
Alaina, the daughter of Josh and Somer Norman, is pursuing a degree in Pre-Dental at Southern.
