2017 - Played in 46 and started in 33 games in her sophomore year...
one of six players to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll...had 87 at-bats for 16 hits, eight walks, five doubles, one homerun, and a hit by pitch...also knocked in 12 RBIs and scored 11 runs for the Lions...her lone homerun came in the bottom of the seventh inning against Southwest Baptist to tie the game up 3-3, which MSSU would go on to win 4-3 on March 4th...registered two multi-hit games, including a season-high three hits on the road against Pittsburg State (Mar. 4)...fifth on the squad with 73 put outs...tied for the team lead in sacrifice flies with three. 

2016 - Wesbrooks played in and started all 55 contests for the Lions...she finished her freshman season with 31 hits, three doubles and a home run, with 12 RBIs and was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts...her lone home run came as part of a back-to-back solo shots in the sixth inning against Oklahoma Christian on the opening day of the Southeastern Oklahoma Tournament...Wesbrooks recorded seven multi hit games for the Lions in her first season and was third on the team in sacrifice hits with seven.

Prior to Southern - Wesbrooks played at Augusta HS in Augusta, Kansas under coach Shane Steinkamp. During her junior campaign she helped the Orioles to the KSHSAA Class 4 DI state championship while earning first team All-League and All-State honors. During her sophomore season Wesbrooks helped the Orioles to the state runner up and earned freshman athlete of the year honors in 2012...Kylie also played basketball where she was a member of the substate runner-up team in 2013 and ran cross country for AHS.

Personal - The daughter of Chad and Katie Wesbrooks she plans to major in kinesiology at Southern. Kylie is the oldest of three kids while her father played baseball at Butler County Community College and Emporia State and mother played volleyball at Butler County.
