Biography

Prior to Southern
Small joins Missouri Southern after a standout four-year golf career at Independence High School under coach Dale Reynolds. A four-year letterman, Small was a three-time regional champion (2024, 2025 and 2026) and three-time Southeast Kansas (SEK) champion (2024, 2025 and 2026). He recorded 23 total high school tournament victories during his prep career. Small was a four-time All-SEK selection from 2023-26 and earned First Team All-State honors three times as a sophomore, junior and senior.

Ethan is the son of Melissa and Duane Small and is pursuing a degree in Finance at Missouri Southern.
