Season Best: Heptathlon - 3664pts, High Jump - 1.50m, Javelin - 24.42m, Long Jump - 5.00m, Shot Put - 7.95m, 100 Hurdles - 16.04s, 200m - 27.69s and 800m - 2:41.73m.
2024 Indoor Season
Season Best: High Jump - 1.56m, Long Jump - 5.03m, Shot Put - 7.52m, 60m Hurdles - 9.57s and 800m - 2.34.02m.
Prior to Southern
Cole, a native of Highland, Kansas, graduated from Doniphan West High School as a three-year varsity letter winner in track and field, specializing in the high jump. She was a two-time High Jump Regional Champion, three-time All-State High Jumper, three-time All-State in the 100m hurdles, a 4x800m Relay State Champion, two-time All-State in the triple jump, and two-time All-State in the 300m hurdles. In cross country, she was a four-year varsity letter winner, earning All-State honors all four years, including two Cross Country State Championships. Cole also excelled in volleyball as a two-year letter winner, contributing to her team’s third-place finish at State. In basketball, she was a three-year letter winner and part of the team that captured a State Championship. Academically, she was a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal
Claire, the daughter of Jerre and Kim Cole, is pursuing a degree in Marketing at Southern.
