Prior to Southern
Hart prepped at Nevada High School, where she participated in cross country, track, and cheerleading as a Tiger. She was an All-Conference performer in the jumps during her junior and senior years, and won the state championship in the high jump as a junior. Hart earned All-State honors in the high jump as a senior and was an All-District performer in the long jump and triple jump both years. She was also named an Academic All-State honoree and was twice recognized as the Female Field Athlete of the Year.

Lillian, the daughter of Sonja and James Hart, is undecided on her major at Southern.
