Reid is in her second stint at MSSU. She originally joined the department as Coordinator of Athletic Facilities and Operations in 2012. She was the Interim Athletic Director from March 2021 through June 2021 and also serves as the department's Senior Woman Administrator.

"I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to contribute in this new role," said Reid. "It is a privilege to serve Missouri Southern alongside the talented coaches and staff in this department, and I look forward to continuing our mission of achieving championship level success while keeping a student-athlete centered focus."

As Deputy AD, Reid will oversee a variety of administrative functions in the athletic department, including policy development, business operations, home events, human resources, and facilities. She will also continue to serve as the sport supervisor for several of MSSU's athletics programs.

Originally from Frontenac, Kan., Reid graduated from the University of Kansas in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in sports and fitness management. She went on to receive her master's degree in 2007 in sports administration from Kansas.

While at Kansas, Reid was a Program Coordinator for Student-Athlete Support Services for five years and then went on to become a Group Sales Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs. She also served as a Senior Admissions Coordinator at Heritage College in Wichita, Kan.
