MSSU Athletics to Host Green & Gold Fish Fry Oct. 26

JOPLIN, Mo. – The Missouri Southern Athletics Department will host its Green & Gold Fish Fry on Sunday, Oct. 26 at Hidden Grace Venue, 11936 Hammer Road, Neosho, MO, 64850. The event will run from 5-8 p.m., CT.

Join the Lions for dinner, games, silent auction and a magician. Supporters have the opportunity to visit with head coaches and student-athletes from all MSSU athletic programs over a fish fry dinner that will be cooked onsite by Flat Creek. 

Silent auction items include coach of the game for men's and women's basketball, an opportunity to road trip with the men's basketball team, a handmade wooden American flag created by Warren Turner, a Cayman Jack Cooler, a MSSU beer cap table, Field of Dreams Bourbon and Whiskey, reserved parking for basketball, team swag bags and youth camp entry.

Softball will also be raffling off a Garmin Vivoactive 5 Health and Fitness GPS Smartwatch (retail price of $237.99) and a signed softball batting helmet. Tickets will be sold by softball players at the event and are available at the following rates: $10 for one ticket, $50 for six tickets, and $100 for 15 tickets. 

Registration is currently available online at $100 per person or $800 for a table of eight. Patrons can also purchase a "Lions at Your Table" package for $800 that includes six tickets and features two seats for MSSU student-athletes. Children ages six through 12 are $20 and children ages five and under are free.
