Connor put together two of the best tournaments back-to-back this season with a 6-under 204 and tied for first place (took the runner-up trophy after a two hole playoff) at the St. Edward's Invitational at Onion Creek Country Club in Austin, Texas March 27-28. In the second tournament, Neil shot an even par 216 for a third place finish and lead the Lions to a runner-up finish as a team at the Southern Bancorp Invitational April 3-4 hosted by Henderson State at the Big Creek Golf Club in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Going into the Southern Bancorp Invitational, Neil was ranked 30th in the Central Region.
