Davis registered a complete-game shutout of Southern Nazarene. She was one hit away from throwing a perfect game as she registered her second career collegiate win (2-0). She struck out five batters over seven innings, facing 22 total batters without issuing a walk. Davis threw 84 pitches, 61 of which were strikes, contributing to her second win of the season with an unblemished record.
She registered a save in the opener against TWU, pitching the final three innings, notching four strikeouts. Davis picked up her first collegiate win, throwing four innings without surrendering a hit to go with a personal-best eight strikeouts against Colorado School of Mines. She wrapped her weekend, starting against Cameron, allowing one earned run on four hits over 3.1 innings with a pair of strikeouts. Â
