Parker for the week hit .429 with six home runs, 15 RBIs, 11 runs scored while slugging 1.286 with a .520 on-base percentage for a 1.806 OPS. Against the Tigers in game one of the series hit three home runs to tie the program record for a single-game homers and in game two smashed another homer while recording seven RBIs to become the 11th player in program history to have a game with seven or more RBIs. Against SWOSU turned two home runs and two walks into five RBIs and scored all four times he was on base. For the week hit a home run in the three straight games and had at least three or more RBIs in each of those games. This season the sophomore from Webb City has 26 hits with 19 being extra base hits (10 homers, seven doubles and two triples) with 38 RBIs nearing 25 career homers and 100 career RBIs in only 86 games.
