Taggart notched his first career double-double last week against Central Missouri and helped the Lions comeback and defeat the Mules 82-71. The sophomore guard led the way with a team-high 18 points and 11 rebounds which is a new career-high total while chipping in with five assists as well. Taggart was dialed in from three going a perfect 4-of-4 from deep and was overall 5-of-9 from the field and 4-of-5 from free throws in 38 minutes of play. For his career he now has 510 points becoming the 64th Lion in program history to eclipse 500 career points, is tied for 20th in career threes made with 91 and is tied for 51st in career assists with 110.
