Kimutai finished seventh in a stacked field at teh Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville where some of the best runners in the NCAA, NAIA and JUCO ranks were competing against one another. Kimutai was the leading point getting for the Lions and helped to lead them to a third place finish as a team.
