Kiara Smith picked up a win and an NCAA Provisional Qualifying Mark as the Lions competed at the ESU Relays this past week ... Smith cruised to the title in the 100m hurdles as she crossed the line in an NCAA Provisional Qualifying time of 13.78m, two-tenths of a second in front of second place ... the mark is the top mark in the event in Division II this season.
