Lacy led the Lions to three wins this week taking out Lincoln (77-48) in Jefferson City, #21 Missouri Western (71-57) and Northwest Missouri (56-49) at home extending the Lions win streak to 11 the longest in MIAA play in school history. For the week averaged 21.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.3 steals, 5.0 assists and 0.33 turnovers a game while playing in 37.3 minutes a night. This week saw Lacy set the MSSU freshman steals record, score over 400 points becoming the first freshman since Suzanne Sutton (1982-83) to cross that threshold and currently is second behind Patti Killian's (1977-78) record total. Stokes began the week with a 15 point, nine rebound, seven steal and six assists performance against Lincoln, her seven steals in the game were the second most steals in a game by a Lion freshman since the stat was recorded with Jayme Callahan (1998-99) have an eight steal game once. Against the #21 Griffons finished with game-highs in 24 points, six assists and six steals and connected on a season-high three three's. During the game against Western Lacy set the freshman steal record at MSSU that was 76 by Kim Bowen (1985-86). Wrapped up the week with a 26 point, six rebound, three assists and three steal performance against Northwest. Currently Lacy's totals of 412 points is second among freshman, her 133 assists are second among freshman and is the tied for the seventh most in a single-season, and her 84 steals are the most by a freshman and the fifth best in a single-season at MSSU.
