Swims helped the Lions to a 1-2 weekend against No. 21 ranked Central Missouri. The freshman from St. Louis, had a monster weekend, hitting .571 with two home runs, ten RBIs, eight hits, four runs scored, a double and two home runs.

He drove in six RBIs and homered on Saturday and then followed it up with four RBIs and another home run on Sunday, assisting the Lions to tie the MSSU single-game home run record with five.
