Swims helped the No. 10 ranked Lions to a 3-1 week as the freshman had a stellar week, finishing with a .429 average, a .500 on base percentage and a .714 slugging percentage.

He started the week with a 2-for-5 performance against SBU in non-conference action as he scored three times and added an RBI and then concluded it  with a monster double-header on Sunday against Northwest, going 3-for-5 in game one and 4-for-6 in game two, driving in six and scoring four runs over the DH, recording three doubles and a home run in the double-header.
