Parish was named MIAA Co-Pitcher of the Week after he helped the Lions to a 3-0 record this past weekend at Central Oklahoma. The junior from Tahlequah started game one and went 8.1 innings, striking out 14 and walking just one, while scattering five hits and allowing just one run in the first inning.

 It is the second week in a row the Lions have had or shared MIAA Pitcher of the Week honors as Will Bausinger last week.
