Smith, a senior from Raymore, Mo., nearly broke her own record as she recorded an NCAA Provisional mark in the 60m hurdles at the University of Arkansas this weekend. She raced to a third-place finish with a time of 8.64 seconds. It is Smith's second weekly accolade from the association this season.
