2011-2012: Cross Country: A USTFCC Coaches Association All-Academic Team selection, Schrader earned All-Region honors taking 14th at the South Central Regional Championships covering the 6k course in a time of 22:20.6....earned All-MIAA honors with her 9th place finish at the MIAA Championships, helping the Lions finish second in the team race....took 7th at the Jackling Jocks Invite covering the 5k course in 18:38...finished 9th overall at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational covering the 4k course in 15:09.03...

2010-2011: Outdoor: Qualifying in the 800m race at State Farm ESU Relays(4/8/11) with the time of 2:22.73...Another qualification in the 1,500m at 4:46.83 in 3rd place at Bill Williams/Bob Laptab (4/29/11)... Indoor: Competed at the 2011 Nebraska Tune-up (2/18/11) ran the 3k and qualified with the time of 10:38.27 in 11th place...Finished 12:01.24 in the 4000DMR in 7th at the Tyson Invitational (2/11/11)...Schrader ran the mile in 5:10.35 at Fazoli/Baymont Inn Invitational (2/4/11)... In the Distant medley relay Rachel was honored All-Conference at the MIAA Indoor Championships...

 

High School: Ran track and cross country at Bolivar HS for coaches Ron Bandy and Vicki Newcomb. A state qualifier in cross country, she was the 3A Southwest Missouri runner of the Year, taking home titles in her conference and district meets. As a track athlete, Schrader finished fifth in the 4x400 relay as a freshman and seventh in the 4x800 relay, while placing seventh in the 4x400 as a sophomore and eighth as a junior. Also an accomplished softball and basketball athlete.

Personal: The daughter of Todd and Schrader. She is undecided on her major at Southern.
