Tegenkamp places 29th to help Lions to 13th place finish at Oklahoma State Jamboree

Stillwater, Okla. -- Missouri Southern junior Marlee Tegenkamp finished 29th, eighth amongst Division II runners, and the Lions placed 13th out of 20 teams at the 75th annual Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree. 

Tegenkamp raced the 5k course in a time of 18:12.81. Southern placed fourth amongst Division II schools and defeated four other regional opponents, as well. 

Rachel Schrader placed 54th with a time of 18:40.97, while Olivia Francka finsihed the course in a time of 19:32.29. Codi Fritchie finished in a time of 19:58.03, while Lauren Robson completed the course in a time of 20:02.52. Maggie Tennal and Lauren Baehr had times of 20:23.95 and 20:32.02, respectively. 

The Lions will be back in action next weekend when Southern travels to Missouri S&T for the Jackling Jocks Invite.
