Prior to Southern: McFarland has been a four year letterwinner in track and field, as well as a three-year letterwinner in volleyball at the school ... Competing for coaces Bobby Bell and Brandi Purvis on the track side, McFarland was a state qualifier in the pole vault, as well as a regional qualifier in the 400m ...
