2009-10: Cross country: Was a scorer for the Lions in every meet... placed 3rd at the U of A XC Invite, racing the 4k course in 14:18.60... a season best 5k time of 17:49.94 came at the MSSU Stampede, good enough for an 8th place finish... finished 5th at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge completing the 5k course in 18:07.4... at the MIAA Championships, covered the 6k course in 21:47.07, good for 4th place and All-MIAA status, helping propel the Lions to their 4th straight title and a record low 18 point score... placed 3rd at the South-Central Regional Championship, running the course in a season and personal best of 21:32.61 for the 6k course. Her finish helped the Lions again set records by gaining their 3rd consecutive regional title and scoring 18 points... Finished 35th at the NCAA DII Championships hosted by Southern Indiana, covering the 6k course in 21:53.90, good enough for All-American status. Her place helped the Lions to a 3rd place finish; the highest in MSSU history... was also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for the fall semester.; Indoor: Ran a provisional time of 5:00.89 in the mile run to place 3rd at the MSSU Baymont Inn/Fazoli's Invite... at the U of A Tyson Invitational ran a provisional time in the 5k of 17:17.07... was All-MIAA in the Mile and 3k run, placing 3rd and 2nd, respectively, running a season best of 9:55.09... the 1200 leg of the NCAA National qualifying and school record holding dmr team (11:51.66)... at the NCAA DII National meet helped pace the dmr to a 5th place finish, earning All-American status. This helped the Lions to place 10th, the highest indoor finish in MSSU history.; Outdoor: Ran a provisional time in her 3k steeplechase debut at the FSU Relays... ran a provisional time in the 5k run at the KU Relays (17:32.49)... at the Arkansas Twilight meet ran an automatic qualifier for the DII national meet and school record time of 10:40.53 in the 3k steeple, winning the race... was the MIAA 3k steeple champion, breaking the conference mark held by former Lion, Kara Eckard. Also competed in the 10k run, finishing 3rd in a provisional time of 35:51.88, and the 5k run, placing 5th. Scored a total of 20 points helping the Lions clench their 3rd straight outdoor MIAA title... At the NCAA DII meet finished 10th in the 3k steeplechase... was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for the spring semester.
2008-09: Cross country: Competed in the first three meets but ended her season early due to injury ... finished 14th at University of Arkansas with time of 15:34.2 in a 4k race ... Also ran a 23:38 at Oklahoma State.
2007-08: Was a top runner for the Lions as a sophomore ... was an All-Conference runner finishing 5th at MIAA Championships in Kirksville with time of 23:27.88 ... helped the Lions to four First Place finishes including a top mark at the South Central Regional Championships where she finished 8th and a time of 22:00.6 ... did not run during indoor season ... during outdoor season had her best finish in the 10000m run at MIAA Championships with a time of 39:25.16 ... finished with her best time in the 5000m run at FSU Snowbird Run with time of 19:00.91 ... also ran in the 3000m run
