2009- Was injured just nine games into the
season and was granted a medical red shirt by the NCAA. Through
nine games in 2009, Turner was hitting .385 with three homers and
seven runs driven in. Her slugging percentage at the time of her
injury was .962
2008: A returning second-team All-MIAA selection
... Turner was a first team selection in both her freshman and
sophomore seasons at Southern ... led the Lions in almost every
offensive category including average (.393), runs (28), hits (46),
homers (6), RBIs (23), total bases (71), slugging (.607), on base
percentage (.442) and is second in walks (10) and third in doubles
(5) ... ranked sixth in the MIAA in hitting and fifth in home runs
... put herself into the record books as well, with her six home
runs in 2008, Turner is now the all-time leader in that category
with 16 in her three year career at Southern.

in on base percentage and sixth in slugging.
2006: Was one of six Lions to start all 40
games in 2006 ... led the Lions in numerous offensive categories,
including batting (.364), runs (18), hits (43), triples (3), home
runs (4), slugging (.576), walks (22) and on-base percentage (.464)
... was a first-team All-MIAA selection, the lone freshman ...
finished second on the team with seven doubles and 16 RBI and paced
the team with 12 multi-hit games ... her 11-game hitting streak,
March 7-25, was also a team season-best ... finished 10th in the
MIAA in batting and third in walks ... also a second team
All-Region selection.
