2010-2011:

In High School - a four-year letter winner for coach Drew Yoakum at Fayetteville High School. A three-time All-Conference, All-District and All-State selection, Smith holds the FHS record in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.3. He also helped his team to a 2010 indoor track championship.
